The Foundation has sponsored Symposia on Bioscience since 1982 and Symposia on PharmaSciences since 2001, each of which is held alternately. Its purpose is to shed light on challenging questions in the life sciences and medical fields. Renowned scientists from all around the world are invited to report on their work and engage in discussions with other participants. It provides a unique opportunity for young and emerging scientists to create a close relationship with leading scientists.
